New Dicover enters the jungle with a bigger mill

On May 10, 2010 Bajaj India had launched a 150cc Discover. This bike is focussed on people who want to buy a bike on the 125cc category. The tagline says “More Excitement per Litre”. Discover 150 is claimed to provide the rider with a balance of both power and fuel efficiency. 




New Dicover 150 cc generates 13ps @ 7500 rpm and a maximum torque of 12.75 Nm @ 5500 rpm. The company claims 65 kmpl. The bike is offered with a 5-speed gearbox. Other features include electric start, Nitrox suspension, disc brake and wider rear tyre. This new machine has been competitively priced at Rs 46,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi) to compete with the likes of HH achiever, Honda shine, Yamy gladiator etc.
